STATE EXAMINER'S LOCATION PAGE

NOTE: To take the driving exam you should call the exam office and see if you must make an appointment the day you want to take the exam. I recommend doing it at 8:00 am or the spots will fill up and you will have to wait till the next day. You will want to bring a vehicle that is in good working condition with all lights in working order, vehicle tag up to date, valid insurance verification, S.O.D.S. diploma, two forms of I.D. for student, parent or guardian with their I.D. & glasses or contacts.

Written exam: In most cases the written exam can be taken without appointment. I would call to make sure they are staffed because, when they are short on staff it is by appointment only. You will need to bring your parent or guardian with their I.D., two forms of I.D for the student (recommend Birth Certificate & Social Security Card), Approved Absence Form (your school provides this form), S.O.D.S. One Hour Form or Diploma, Glasses or Contacts
